I would highly recommend Greenspan & Greenspan. Michael Greenspan was not only a really nice person but he was both professional and attentive to my personal situation. He worked hard to attain the best possible results and I couldn't be more pleased.

I called Cindy N. Brown simply for a consultation today and she was so kind, talked to me when she was technically off of the clock, and provided so much insight. She answered every question I had and encouraged me about what was legal and not legal concerning the issue we discussed. I have spoken to and worked with a few lawyers in small and large capacities and she was one of the best experiences I had and it was just a free convo. She was super patient and very kind. I was actually surprised that she was the one who picked up the phone when I called. Because of her, I know exactly how to handle my situation. If I do end up needing additional help from a lawyer with anything, she is the one I wouldn't hesitate to pay.

I called Tilem and Associates near the close of business hours, after quickly scanning Google reviews in a panic over a Traffic Court hearing I had the following day. I was facing a 3 point, pavement marking violation. A minor Vtl Code infraction many drivers would just accept, but in my particular case, I will be moving soon and transferring my license to a new Country/Province and did not want to have any potential demerit points against my driving record jeopardize my new license and new insurance rates. Melanie, who initially took my call, was very calm and professional and explained that despite such short notice, they had Attorneys in my particular Court that day and could/would indeed take my case, for what I also felt was quite a reasonable fee. I was shopping around for representation on a LL/T case and decided to retain Cindy Brown of Tilem and Associates and was glad I did. We discussed the circumstances leading to this case and she was candid about the obstacles we would face, leaving the decision on whether to proceed up to me. She did not oversell or give false expectations about the potential of the case. My dispute was unique and she worked closely with me to gather all the items we would need to put forth the strongest case possible. She reviewed all aspects of the case very thoroughly, came up with multiple points of defense, and was able to point out technical deficiencies - even the judge took note. She displayed excellent command of legal processes. In the end I was able to get 5 extra months – enough time to figure out my next move vs. facing certain eviction and having my credit tarnished, etc. – an outcome I would not have otherwise been able to get.
