Did not want to posted it but had no choice 15k is a lot money DONT TRUST THIS OFFICE !!! I hired Richard Portale back in 2020 , we sign a retainer agreement for 15 Thousand dollars , everything was done thru the phone because Im out state , below is his last response to one of my text message back in December 2022 , now he don’t answer my phone calls or text , call several times to his office , leave messages and not response. He is taking advantage of the fact that Im not in town and just want to keep my money. Supposedly it was gone take a year because of COVID-19 , 3 years later 15k paid Richard Response: It’s been a long road but we’re filing the motion and we believe it may be unopposed. Stay tuned.
