David did a fantastic job representing me in my difficult divorce. He was always available and well-knowledgeable on NY laws. When my ex demanded to push for a trial, he was ready and prepared. It was very nerve-wracking and I'm so glad that he represented me. Now over a year later, my divorce is done. I don't know how I would have managed without him.

Mr. Bliven, is an excellent attorney. He recently helped me resolve a custody case. I was so nervous and anxious because I had never dealt with anything regarding court. I went to a few consultations with other lawyers. But David won me over when he started a conversation with my child. He isn’t like most lawyers that are stiff and don’t care. He answered all of my questions, responded to all my emails and kept me up to date each step of the way. I knew about every conversation or interaction that involved my case. Average, slightly below expectations. David provided useful information during the consultation but no actionable points arose. The consultation took 13 minutes of 40 minutes booked. Despite recommending the longer session initially, and suggesting a partial refund would be forthcoming, it has not despite direct email enquiry about the point.
