I had a great experience working with Ms. Irene Martinez. My emails and calls were always promptly answer. She explain in great detail what to expect, which the hears which put my mind a ease.

Andrew Proto and his staff where wonderful. He took my case in the middle of a Contempt of COurt Hearing. He arrived at Court completely prepared and was able to confidently present to the Court a winning argument. I will continue to retain his services for any future needs that may arise.

David Sachs was able to get a traffic ticket dismissed that my wife received, an even better outcome than I was expecting. He and everyone at his firm are very professional and courteous and the process could not have been easier. They were on top of everything the whole way through. The service, and most importantly the results, were outstanding from David Sachs. I get tickets now and again, usually pay them or go in and negotiate myself. However, when my Daughter received her first ticket, within a few months of getting her licence, it was time to ask for help. I didn't want her to start off in a points hole this soon, for a mistake I do not belive she will make in the future. Without going into the details, the result David got us, was just about the best result I can imagine, and far exceeded my expectations! A lawyer that is close to the court and knows it well (in this case White Plains), will always get the best results, and well worth the money for the outcome.

Embarking on a nasty custody/child support battle is already triggering, & never having dealt with this situation before I decided to take a leap of faith, and it led me to Ms.Irene Martinez. Irene made this journey so much smoother , not only listening to me but fighting for me. Whenever the opposing party went low she went high and in doing so I won everything. Not only was she an amazing attorney but she listened to me and my child’s needs. You read and hear about money hungry attorneys but Irene was the opposite, she truly wheeled me in and made suggestions that benefited my son, and when I wanted her to do certain things because of my impulsive ways, she always kept it on my son and what’s best for him and my Pockets lol. I owe her this justice and I’m so thankful for her, because of her my son will remain with me and grow up in a non-toxic environment.

Irene Martinez was honestly a blessing that had came into my life during the most difficult part of my journey of a brutal and seemingly never-ending child custody case. (She was also my attorney for child support and she made it an easy process where she fought for what was right). She took on the case full force with everything she had to bring this case to an end. As a father seeking rights to see my daughter, Irene was there to put the pieces together. Not only was she in constant contact with me during the process, she always responded to my many e-mails and phone calls, even for the simplest of questions or just to touch base on the case itself. She will give you the best advice and put her all into everything she does to ensure her client has the best outcome. I am extremely pleased with how she handled the case with respect and professionalism. My experience with the system as a Father wasn’t particularly an easy one with what seemed like hitting one brick wall after another but Irene was there to break through them all and helped me achieve the outcome we fought for. Andrew Proto took care of my ticket expeditiously, seamlessly and professionally. I expected to be required to plead to some sort of lesser moving violation. However, Mr. Proto had the charges reduced to a parking ticket, which I have gladly paid. 10/10 recommend and would definitely use again.
