Joe was an exceptional lawyer for us in purchasing our first home. Prompt, accurate, and honest. Knows the real estate laws inside and out. Available anytime to answer questions. We had a particularly complicated situation as the first house on which we had a contract fell through due to a misunderstanding (misinformation from the sellers?) about the property. Joe had our back the whole way through, got our deposit back, and helped us close on the house we ended up with four months later. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
