Attorney Harry Kaufman represented me in a traffic violation I received in Rye, NY. I don't get tickets very often (last was 5+ yrs ago) and I felt I needed to challenge this one because the charges, including 3 points on my record, seemed a bit severe considering the circumstances (crossed yellow markings in gridlock traffic to make an early-by-2-car-lengths left turn into a parking lot) and considering how many officers would have let me go with a warning or reduced charge on the spot (two police officers I know said so). When I first reached out to Harry, he answered my email while on vacation. He explained what was needed to get him to take the case upon his return. Within a couple of months he delivered great news that he negotiated reduced charges and with no points on my record. Aside from signing a document and paying the fines/fees, it was virtually effortless for me. And my insurance premiums will stay same. Thank you, Harry!
