I found Mr. Gruner on Google about 1 month ago. He answered the phone on the first attempt and was very knowledgeable. Some attorneys would charge by the hour for the amount of information he provided to me in 10 minutes. He took his time with me, which reassured me that he was the right choice. I've known Karl since law school back in 2012. He has always been a commensurate professional and very knowledgable. I always appreciate the fact that if I had questions or an idea to run by him he's made himself accessible. I completely recommend Karl Dowden Law as your real estate attorney! Karl stuck by us throughout the entire buying process, explained all our options thoroughly, and was on our side all the way.
