I had a wonderful experience with this law firm when I needed help with my aging mom. They assisted me through the process of getting her enrolled in a Medicaid program allowing family members to provide the care that she needed. We were very fortunate to care for her at home for several years until her death at the age of 93. I would never have been able to complete the paperwork on my own. Before I met with Rich Portale and Kenny Calvey, I thought my son’s life was over. He was facing five different criminal cases throughout the States of New York and New Jersey along with multiple probation violations for his previous cases.  I had lost all hope and my son and I were nearly resigned to him spending the next few years in jail.  The prosecutors were not willing to offer anything less than jail and his previous attorneys told us nothing could be done to avoid jail as an outcome.  Rich and Kenny sat with us and discussed each case individually and also focused on the issues my son was going through.  It was the first time an attorney we had spoken to asked why my son was in constant trouble instead of only what he was charged with.  Rich and Kenny agreed to take on the case, but only if my son agreed to enter into treatment and follow their advice on how to improve his life and stay out of trouble in the future.  Incredibly, they uncovered issues with nearly every single one of the criminal cases, and after years of us being told there was no possible outcome in other than my son spending years in jail in his cases, all of the plea offers in his cases were reduced to just fines.  They even managed to convince the prosecutor to dismiss one of the cases entirely and for the probation department to withdraw the violation so he could finish the few months he had left.  I can honestly say that Rich and Kenny saved my son’s life, and thanks to them, my son has become a better man instead of another product of the system.  If you or a family member are facing a criminal case where you think all hope is lost, I urge you to call them, they will do everything they can to save you.  Thank you both as well as your terrific administrative staff for everything you do.

I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano! My parents had a very complicated and detailed case with there estate and this group was incredible, handling the issues, and walking us through all the steps. Did not want to posted it but had no choice 15k is a lot money DONT TRUST THIS OFFICE !!! I hired Richard Portale back in 2020 , we sign a retainer agreement for 15 Thousand dollars , everything was done thru the phone because Im out state , below is his last response to one of my text message back in December 2022 , now he don’t answer my phone calls or text , call several times to his office , leave messages and not response. He is taking advantage of the fact that Im not in town and just want to keep my money. Supposedly it was gone take a year because of COVID-19 , 3 years later 15k paid Richard Response: It’s been a long road but we’re filing the motion and we believe it may be unopposed. Stay tuned.
