i hired this firm to represent me in a "passing school bus" ticket. they did a fabulous job and in the end won the case for me. after the initial consultation and payment, i had to literally do nothing. they took care of it all.

We called this office over a week ago, based on their reviews, which we now question the legitimacy of. My wife and I "thoroughly " explained our reasons for seeking legal counsel with a ms. Chung, and were given an appointment to come in and meet with Ms. Chung a week later. We arrived early for our appointment ,however she was not there. She came strolling into the office 15 minutes after the time of our scheduled appointment, and didn't have the courtesy to apologize. Nor did she acknowlege us. When she finally came out to greet us, she was not the friendliest person. She immediately began to explain the contingencies of their retainer policy. I began to give her a recount of what our situation was , and she rolled her eyes at me. Luckily I stopped her, & provided her with a recap of details. She excused herself & went in to speak with her boss. She returned & apologized stating we were past the statute of limitation, and they could not handle our particular case. I found this young attorney (?), and I say attorney "loosely' based on her lack of professionalism, compassion, and level of maturity. My wife and I drove an hour from where we live to their office, had to wait to meet with her and then had to drive home. If she had paid attention initially during phone conversation and knew what she was doing, she would have spared us from wasting our time as well as her firms time. In addition the reception staff and those that work there were not the most welcoming . Receptionist never made eye contact with us. I would not recommend this law firm based on our impression of who they hire to represent them, as well as their staff.

They just beat my ticket. TLC driver like me who does driving for living. I really appreciate them. Highly recommend them especially NYC TLC driver. Please don't look for Attorney Fee, look for your license.

Stay Away !!!! Find another layer takes forever to se d paperwork to iimigration ... error made during and delayed petition for months find someone else ... you have been warned !

I'm still pending a case. I never hear from them never get mail I was never given leads to see a phycologist that I need to help my case. I've been through three attorney's in two years with no communication on their part. Totally unsatisfactory
