I don't write reviews often (hardly ever, actually), but I have to say that Mr. Schwartz was candid, personable and professional in my dealings with him. It's beyond refreshing to come across someone that I can say that about. I would certainly recommend that you at least speak to him about your situation before making any decisions.

Working with Michael H. Schwartz, P.C. is one of the greatest experience one can encounter. Michael is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He works with his staff and his clients with much compassion and explains everything in detail using layman' vocabulary instead of legal terminology that no one really understands. I would highly recommend Michael Schwartz to anyone seeking counsel for bankruptcy. This has been his specialty for many years and therefore he has an extensive knowledge of the subject matter and great working relationships with both the court systems and other legal professionals. He was there for me when I needed him on the day of my court case and it was clear that he had everything handled. He never seemed worried and didn't even break a sweat! It was wonderful to have someone that confident in his field assist in a matter that was so sensitive and worrisome to me. He knew most of the attorneys from other law offices who were there to represent their clients and knew the trustee handling the case. While some other attorneys seemed nervous and unprepared, that was not the case with Mr. Schwartz. It was comforting to have someone who was absolutely prepared and ready to fight on my behalf. Even a family member that had gone through the bankruptcy process in the past commented how different his experience was with his attorney compared to what I experienced.
