I truly appreciate the Claro Law Firm and their expertise. A month and a half ago, my wife and I came from out-of-state to see the Finger Lakes for the first time on our anniversary. I admit I was enjoying the beautiful scenery a little too much, and not paying enough attention to the speed limit on those unfamiliar roads. BAM!!! Came over a hill and a NY state trooper was there to "greet" me. The trooper wasn't budging and came back with a hefty ticket. I know they're just doing their job, trying to keep the roads safe, but just like that, there goes my clean driving record & up go my insurance rates. Talk about ruining your evening! To make matters worse, I knew there was no way I was going to be able to come back to plead my case in person, since I live 10 hrs and several states away. I almost just signed the ticket, paid the fine, and chalked it up to an EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED... but then some wise words of advice shared with me several years ago by an attorney friend of mine popped into my head. "NEVER JUST PAY A TICKET. ALWAYS CHALLENGE IT." So I reached out to Ms. Elisa Claro to see if she could at least recommend a traffic attorney on the west side of the state, but to my surprise, even though this case was on the opposite side of NY state from her, she accepted it & handled it beautifully. My experience with Elisa has been nothing short of awesome. She took care of everything and made my life easy. She was friendly, realistic, and didn't oversell what she could do...honestly, not at all what you might expect from an attorney. She was straight with me and told me what I could expect both good and bad, but was confident that she could help...and that's exactly what she did. Instead of 4 points on my driving record, it was reduced to ZERO points. How sweet is that! It's obvious that Ms. Claro is well-respected throughout NY state. All I can say is I'm so glad I made that call. You should do the same!!!

The amount of tickets I had, I almost felt bad for Elisa..LOL... I quickly found out it was light work for her! So far, she was able to get 6 of the 7 tickets dismissed! She is definitely the lawyer you want fighting for you. Thank you again Elisa!
