Mr. Gallivan helped me navigate through a difficult case involving my mothers nursing home abuse. He was extremely thorough in the process to resolve her case and settlement. Thomas kept me updated on the progress. He was extremely compassionate and detailed. This case was very involved and he was able to obtain a positive outcome. I would recommend Thomas Gallivan for anyone needing an attorney you can trust to bring you the results you need and want. I got a speeding ticket with the chance of multiple points on my license. I didn't even have to go to court. Tom assured me that I have nothing to worry about when it came to my points and he would do his best to either get fine thrown out or substantially lowered. I didn't get any points or even a moving violation. Small fine paid right away and now I don't have to worry about my insurance rate going up.
