When my wife of 13+ years walked out on me last summer after I was diagnosed with cancer at age 52, and hit me with divorce paperwork 4 days later; I was immediately looking to hire a top notch divorce attorney. I reached out to my cousin who is one of the top people at JP Morgan Chase to get the name of the divorce attorney that he used. My cousin said…”You do not want the attorney that I used. You would be much better off with the attorney that Jen (his ex-wife) used.” CLEARLY THERE IS NO BETTER TESTIMONIAL THAN THAT. Jen and I were still very close so I reached out to her and she shared with me how delighted she was with Martin Rosen’s work. She gave me his number and I reached out to him. Martin asked me to come in for a consultation. I drove up to his office in White Plains from the City and I knew immediately upon meeting him that he was my guy. He has been practicing law for more than 50 years and is extremely respected in his field. Martin was gentleman and did amazing work. I highly recommend this man. One of the things that I will always remember is when I watched Mr. Rosen tear the opposing attorney to shreds. The opposing attorney tried to put the bull on Mr. Rosen and Mr. Rosen was having no part of it. I honestly felt like my attorney forgot more than the opposing attorney even knew. It was an amazing feeling knowing that I was in such competent hands.

Marty represents me in a family case and has been an excellent attorney and advisor. He is a true professional, offering sound opinions and the context to support them. Friendly and professional and reasonable

Mr. Rosen is a master at his craft! He is a no nonsense, caring, efficient, task driven attorney who gets the job done. He puts your situation into perspective. He presents your case in layman's terms, identifies the issues and next steps in a manner that provide direction and reasoning. He joins the client in their journey though difficult and uncertain times offering comfort as well as understanding of the law. In our travels together, I found him to be amazingly punctual, consistent and ordered which also required reciprocal effort. Mr. Rosen eased my stress level by what I thought was insurmountable. He provided direction, expectations and assurance. I feel certain that better days are to come because of his service. Since our introduction, I have taken the bull by the horns, met challenges face on and have a realistic outlook on the situation. He did so much more than represent me in the proceedings.
