It was my first time getting into a messy lawsuit and ended up prevail. I wish I had known Valiant Law before I retained an attorney in CA, since they practice laws in both CA and NY. I had encountered 3 lawyers this past 1.5 years with this case. 2 of them were very disappointing and motivated by billable hours or alternative motives, without having my best interest at heart. I learnt a valuable lesson of the litigation processes, as to how important it is to find someone great from the beginning. Daniel Folchetti and JJ at Valiant Law are hands down the best lawyers I've ever worked with. Particularly Daniel. He sets realistic expectations; a true strong defense lawyer who has always had the client's best interest at heart. I would have not been able to settle this case without him being so persistent and strong. Lawsuits are messy and stressful. Lots lawyers take advantage of the situation. This lawfirm was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so grateful to have worked with them, especially with Noah Mittman. He's been so helpful during the entire process. He's very knowledgeable, kind, diligent, and caring. He's really on top of everything. We had gotten into a car accident with someone who didn't seem to have insurance so trying to figure out how to handle the situation was daunting, but Noah's been great during every step of the way. My husband needed surgery at HSS and they incorrectly billed us for over 100k--he took care of it so quickly! I can't recommend him enough! Thank you Noah!
