Jordan very recently represented myself with a very difficult case in many ways.. I reached out to his office by phone and spoke with his administrative assistant the positive experience started there she was very customer focused her customer service skills were exceptional she listen to all I had to say and spent a great deal of time with me on the phone taking notes. Even though his office at the time was very busy he returned my call promptly. Jordan El-Hag is a true professional in every sense of the word. He stands above others I have dealt with through the years. He to spend a great deal of time with me on the phone listened extremely well did not try to talk over me he instead listened to understand my situation and clearly very clearly explain my options to me and as well answer everyone of my questions. (Trust me I am very detail oriented and had many questions which I am sure of some of them were silly) He communicated very well from the beginning and I spoke to him by phone as well as text message and email very frequently seven days a week at any time of the day he was always available. He would keep me up to speed on the correspondence he had with the other parties Attorney. He was always pleasant to deal with very professional extremely knowledgeable in the law that he practices and would help me to understand clearly what my options were so I was able to come to a decision that best benefited myself.
