They sent me a retainer to sign. After reading it, I had only 1 question about a stipulation in the document that stated they would get 1/3 of my yearly salary if they helped get my job back ON TOP of fees paid out to them by the lawsuit compensation. I asked them if they could explain to me that in more detail and Marinella Ulloa danced around the question without giving a concrete answer. I asked her one more time, and she responded by saying the lawyer had decided to not take my case anymore. Very shady. Clearly, they seem like predator lawyers taking on clients with from very low education only. Would not recommend. Wasted my time.

My experience with Chaffin Luhana has been exceptional. I was recovering from Breast Cancer Surgery, when I had my dog attack, they made me feel comfortable and reassured me they would do all they could to assure a fair settlement. I recommend this firm to all friends and family if needed..
