From day one Mr. Flynn was at my side, explaining the ins and outs of my litigation plan and follow through. I felt confident in an extremely stressful time, and was successful in my case. Five stars.

Very difficult to get hold of. Your calls to him will go to Voice Mail 100% of the time. Prefers to "text" as opposed to talk. Returns calls at his leisure. Shows up to closings unprepared. When unsure about how to proceed on his clients behalf, he will consult with the opposing side to see how he should proceed. Big no no. I would NEVER have hired him had I read previous review of him. BIG MISTAKE. Still cleaning up one of HIS mistakes 1 month after transaction was finished.

Do not hire this lawyer: 1. He does not respond right away. I would call him, send him a text message and an email and there were times when he would respond after a week up to 2 weeks. 2. He has no integrity. I paid him in full the day before my closing because I would not be able to attend closing. I gave him power of attorney to close my real estate deal which included a reimbursement check from the seller (I was the buyer). A month after closing, after so many reminders for him to send me my closing statements and check, he sent me the check minus his "additional fee" which he never mentioned to me. After this transaction, he has not called me back.
