Going through a bankruptcy is an extremely difficult experience. I remember feeling overwhelmed by all the details, and that all changed once I started to work with James. Not only is he extremely diligent at the details involved in filing the bankruptcy, and helping to prepare you for all the various steps but his greatest strength is his humanity. He knows that you are hurting and that this is not something that you want to be doing. I didn’t know him at all before this process began but I now consider him a friend and someone that I can trust completely. Forget all the lawyer jokes that you’ve heard because when it comes to James, none of them apply.

This attorney lies to his debtors. Fails to inform the creditors of correct and accurate information. We have documentary information where he has filled and lied to the creditor about the debt including the status of resolving the matter!
