I do not know what I would of done without Lever & Ecker. The help and compassion I received after being involved in a car accident with a drunk driver will never be forgotten. If you want a caring law firm that actually cares about their clients then Lever and Ecker is who you should have represent you. I will always be grateful.

We selected Lever and Ecker after a thorough online review of law firms as well as from recommendations made by friends. Through it all it was this firm that resonated the most for our situation. Without question, the lawyer we worked with, Adam C. Weiss from the firm, gave us the confidence we needed as the case progressed. He demonstrated, time and again, his knowledge, patience and commitment on our behalf. This was evident by the fact that he was always reachable, whether by email, phone or personal visit . This was very important to us because we were so taken up with our injured party of the case. In short, we are very pleased with our choice of Lever and Ecker and the experience that came from working together with Adam.

Who would’ve thought one of the best overall experiences I’ve ever had with a company, provider, organization etc. would be with an attorney. Usually people seek out law firms for circumstances that are unfortunate in some way, making the entire ordeal something you don’t “seek out.” However sometimes it’s vital to consult with an attorney therefore if you find yourself in that situation, I can’t recommend anyone more highly than Dan Ecker at Lever and Ecker. I had consulted with several different attorneys who made an already terribly disheartening situation my family found ourselves in, even worse by dismissing our concerns which in actuality I learned many other people were experiencing as well. Unfortunately there isn’t any legal recourse for people in our situation since it seems to be a case of the law (medical malpractice to be specific) not catching up with certain procedures and technologies being utilized in the surgical field. Although Dan was extremely transparent from the beginning about legal options more than likely not being available for our situation, he turned over every stone looking for some sort of legal recourse. Never once did I have to contact him for an update, he always reached out to me first asking questions and requesting additional information although as I said, we both knew from the start our chances of being able to proceed with a legal claim weren’t promising, but not for lack of exhaustive research by Dan. I can’t recommend Dan enough. I wish I had found him sooner since prior to working with him our family felt re-victimized after we were not advised of the unfathomable life altering effect following a surgical procedure which touted a 6 month full recovery period but turned out to leave the patient permanently disabled. Dan not only gave us sound legal counsel but his work served as a therapeutic remedy which made a terrible situation bearable since Dan made us felt “heard.” His empathy was more appreciated than he’ll ever know. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a true legal advocate, there is no one better than Dan Ecker and Lever and Ecker.
