We hired Gina because of a situation with our school district. We were extremely happy with all of her advice and support. No parent should ever have to worry about their child being bullied or treated unfairly in school by teachers or administrators but if that happens, Gina is the best to turn to.

Gina DeCrescenzo is an excellent lawyer with a charming personality that fits the needs of my family. She did an amazing job fighting for our autistic daughter. Gina worked "magic", for lack of a better word allowing my daughter to stay at a private school pending the decision of the DOE. We won the case in (what I consider) a short space of time. Emails/phone calls went back and forth ending with a very calming and positive relief to myself. It is difficult fighting for my daughter while I am also fighting for myself. It is not easy to fight cancer and get the very best for my autistic daughter. Gina made that possible. She is an exceptional woman who will fight for your child, as she did with mine. Over 10 years ago I met with Gina DeCrescenzo to discuss my son's case that existed with his school district. Prior to meeting with her, things were very frustrating with the district and I really worried about what the future held in store for my son. In the time that I worked with her, she secured an Individualized Educational Evaluation for our son for OT, Speech, Psychological and ABA evaluations from some of the best people in the Hudson Valley. Through this, my son was given the proper classification and the opportunity to thrive. Though no journey is bump-free, my son is now getting ready to graduate from high school and his future is beyond great. All of his teachers see amazing things for him due to his passion and intellect, along with great empathy for the needs of others. As a parent, I know I had a part to play in all of this, but so did Gina. If you are looking for someone to help your child achieve everything they can be, look no further than reaching out to her for all of your legal needs.

If you ever find yourself in need of an education attorney, you need Gina DeCrescenzo. She was tremendous and if it wasn't for her...well, I hate to think of how things could have turned out. My husband and I had hit a brick wall...no matter the amount of verbal and written communications the District was able to have with the expert parties that they themselves had requested to hear from, it took having Gina at the table to get the District to do the right, and legal, thing by our child. Gina fights for your child like they're her own. And not only does she fight for your child, she looks after the family as well...a hug in the school hallway for reassurance or a phone call to check-in on us after a contentious CSE meeting went a long way in soothing our frazzled nerves and emotions. Gina has been instrumental in helping us navigate a very complicated and challenging system for our son who has a very complicated and challenging profile. Through our years of working with her, she has helped us obtain specific services for such as Prompt speech therapy documented in our IEP. In addition to being smart, savvy, responsive and knowledgable she is also empathic and kind which makes this grueling experience more palatable.
