Had a great experience working with Andrea. She helped me with a complex, inter-state family law issue and did so with great professionalism. She was the confident guide that I needed. There's a big difference between a decent lawyer and good lawyer. Andrea is the latter.

I am a foreign lawyer. Although at first Andrea seemed to me to be a good lawyer, as the case became more complicated, Andrea's quality work and attention diminished significantly. I had asked her to draft a detailed visitation plan and she let herself be guided by the opposing attorney who is apparently her friend. In the end, I ended up with an incomplete visitation plan that was exactly what the opposing attorney wanted.

I worked with Ms. Friedman for almost a year on a complicated child support case. I have been dealing with family matters since 2018 and have had the representation of three different attorneys over the years. She is by far the most professional and knowledgeable attorney I have hired (and let me say, I can be quite complicated and picky to the smallest detail). I consulted with 2 different attorneys and none of them felt comfortable with taking on my case, Ms. Friedman did with no hesitation and I am glad they led me to her. To be more specific the referral said she was: "A shark in family court" and did not lie. She definitely executed a good plan and delivered results as discussed upon hiring her representation. I found Andrea to be a very strong advocate for me. She worked on my child visitation and support cases, and while these outcomes are never perfect, I believe I was extremely well represented. She was honest and practical in her recommended positions, and willing to also say the hard things to bring us back to reality. She was EXTREMELY good at showing empathy, while not getting caught up emotionally - anything child visitation-related tends to be emotional - enabling us to end the case in a place where co-parenting peacefully was easier than it might've been had were the confrontation more combative. I recommend her to friends, and should I find myself needing to revisit these issues, I would call her in a heartbeat!
