I had the distinct pleasure of working directly with Kate Henderson and Adam Weiss at the White Plains office. Their immediate kindness and sincerity toward my circumstances was so reassuring. Kate never failed to keep in touch diligently, and gently let me know that I could trust them to help with every little detail of my case- insofar as finding me the best medical team to deal with throughout! Adam was always prepared with genuine answers to any question I came up with. Adam Weiss was extremely patient and helpful. After getting into an accident, I had so many questions and was unsure of what to do. I’ll start this way on 4-15-2023 I was involved in a vehicle accident where I got hurt pretty bad , on behalf of a friend he got me in touch with Mr.Daniel Ecker so that he could assist me as my attorney, well he came to see me at the hospital and from that moment on he started working on my case and today 10/27/2023 I received my settlement, once again thank you Dan for you’re hard work in getting what I deserved. After a very, very lengthy custody battle which lasted almost 5 grueling, emotionally draining years, It is finally over thanks to Andrea! She is tough, fair and doesn’t beat around the bush. She will tell you how it is. During this complicated, in-depth case, we had to navigate through many different situations in which Andrea implemented different tactics which essentially helped us come out in top. David was amazing as well and helped us out quickly in many sticky situations! Thanks again to the whole staff, they were fantastic and helped me regain my peace on many different occasions .
