My husband been in the USA since 1998. His case was very difficult, from deportation to difficulties finding employment because he didn’t have a work permit. I filed for him back in May 2011 and after multiple lawyers and attempts he was granted his green card. We consulted with Latoya McBean in June 2022. The first step in the process was locating his I94 that was lost many years prior. Other attorneys attempted but never succeeded in finding it but McBean Law did. This was the first step in the right direction. In February 2023 the paperwork was filed for his I485 and finally after all of the time, resources and effort we put in throughout the years, he was approved in less than 24 hours. USICS approved his case on September 12th, 2024. I believe it was because of the way the paperwork was submitted which was itemized like a book. The lawyer on YouTube she’s seems passionate to help immigrants, but unfortunately my experience with her at her office was awful from the beginning to the end 5 minutes on the consultation she kicked my wife and my baby son out office, because noise was bothering her, second she said she couldn’t understand my accent, am here for 30 years third she was charging 4 times other lawyers here in New York is charging to take my case average between $1400 to $2000 her bill was almost 10k and she told us 50/50 chance because a miss representation from another lawyer her pip prices is $5000 for people doesn’t have previous filling, second $6000 for applicants like me and $7000 and up for other more difficult cases and top of that have a litigation against Biden pip program she keeps rushing people to apply online due of people fear due the program be closed the pip was dead on arrival with this litigation I paid her $300 for waste my 30 minutes and get my wife kicked with my son who is a baby to wait outside on the heat because she didn’t even wanted let us be inside the building and top of it she was keeping calling my son a girl she terrible lawyer recommend wait do a better search and get a human lawyer who will care about your family not money.

I am so pleased with the level of professionalism and experience of this team, I got answers to all my questions even beyond expectations.
