After having two prior lawyers, third time was a charm because of Rachel Weiss. She treated me with the utmost respect with her follow-ups, honesty, professionalism and took the time to advise me from my perspective the heart. I was left feeling extremely mislead by the end of my experience with this firm.

The team at Westchester Matrimonial made the process much less daunting. I felt they were on my side while were also able to maintain a legal perspective that would help both parties come to resolution more efficiently. Jessica and Rachel are knowledgeable about matrimonial law, empathetic and transparent with me re. the potential challenges in the case, strategic in their thinking and approach, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The fees are also reasonable and they tried to economize by delegating. Even though dealing with a divorce was emotionally challenging, I genuinely enjoyed working with Rachel and Jessica.
