I have worked with this firm for a few years advocating for my son Jonah . They are champions for children with special needs and worth every penny. They have been so instrumental in my sons success , making sure we fight for everything he deserves!! Gina and Ben both have fought cases for me . Honesty and responsive!

McBean does a great job educating people about immigration on YouTube but i think that she’s got too many clients as such hardly has time for consultations. I had to reschedule my initial consultation with her to a later date which was also cancelled due to her unavailability. She should either try to manage her calendar better.

We have been working with Gina DeCrescenzo for six years, and she is just fantastic. Always upbeat but very tough when she needs to be, and able to explain things patiently and clearly. She is responsive and really cares. She is also incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and strategic. Gina advocates forcefully for her young clients, and she succeeds.

This firm was heaven sent. The DOE was not helping my son in any way. He has a IEP and he just kept getting passed along no matter how much I fought for them to make the necessary changes. I was referred to this firm and told to speak with them regarding my frustrations. They took my case and worked vigorously for 3 years to get me everything my son needs. My son is now receiving all the services he requires, getting the proper help and has been granted private school placement. I am so thankful for everything they helped me accomplish. It was a rough 3 years but in the end my son will receive all the help he needs and I have them to thank for it. They were the advocates we needed.
