just Finished a bankruptcy with James and couldn't be happier. He made the entire process stress free and easy to complete. Even during the inception of the worlds Pandemic, Covid-19, Warren Roth and his staff adhered to the call to represent me from a workers-comp related injury that disabled me. I’m a former Correction for the State of NY and worked at one of the States maximum Correctional facilities, I sustained injuries in January 2020 that prevented me from work for an extended amount of time. Warren took the call and assured me all will be fine. With Warren’s representation and his staffs sharp professional assertiveness I was able to obtain my Social Security Disability and a few months later securing my 3/4 Disability Retirement. I have worked for over 21 years and have finally come across someone who actually cares for the injured Law Enforcement, Warren and his staff cares!

Going through a bankruptcy is an extremely difficult experience. I remember feeling overwhelmed by all the details, and that all changed once I started to work with James. This attorney lies to his debtors. Fails to inform the creditors of correct and accurate information. We have documentary information where he has filled and lied to the creditor about the debt including the status of resolving the matter!

I agree with Ms. Jean I had the same experience. After having my case sit on her desk for 1 year she told me the fees went up to submit my papers. I was under the impression that they had already submitted my file. They fought with me as well and tried to place blame on me for not sending my documents.

Even when you think he can't possibly deliver, Warren gets the job done. I had a years long and complicated case, and while I may have been impatient at the end, Warren was able to secure my 3/4 disability pension. I am forever grateful for his work.
