Great service. I got popped with a ticket right before I moved out of state and I knew there was no way I'd be able to fight it in person. Chapnick took care of everything and got the whole thing reduced to a 0 point violation. The Town still extorted me for a $100 fine (because revenue generation is the whole point of the game for them), but that beats the amount I would have paid and the points that would have gone against my license and driving record. Overall I was very satisfied with this service.

Mr. Chapnick handled my case and got the violation dropped to zero points from 4 points. Email communication was timely, courteous, and professional. The Thruway in Westchester is a speed trap, so be careful -- but OffTheRecord and Mr. Chapnick's firm is the way to go.
