Great service, Received a ticket in upstate New York (I am from Long Island). Back in July of 2020. Court mailed me a letter in April 2021 to appear in court the following week. Major inconvenience, I guess the courts are running behind due to the pandemic. But I used the Off the Record app. Got paired with Chapnick & Associates. Everything was done over email and messages. Took about 10 min to get everything in motion. And got the ticket down to a parking violation. Thank you so much! Greatly appreciate the convenience.

Robert and his team were fantastic! I contacted him to help fight down a speeding ticket and they handled the entire thing. I was provided updates along the way, and sat back.
