I was a new driver and never had a traffic ticket before. Driving in NY was confusing and I turned into the wrong lane and got hit with 2 tickets totaling 5 points. I didn't know what to do and was panicing but Robert saved the day. He is very communicative and helpful, even with all of my questions. He handled EVERYTHING and I ended up getting 0 points with only a small fine. Highly recommend Robert!
