I am in a business that requires many hours of lawyers in different states. When I wanted to start my first Fund I asked my local NYC Lawyers who is the best PPM Lawyer. All gave me Erik's name. I have never experianced such customer service and responce rate as I do with Erik. His work is detailed, accurate and affordable.

It was SUCH a pleasure to have found an attorney and the firm who cares about my needs. Legal matters are very stressful and draining the last thing I need is someone taking my money and disregarding the objective why I hired them. No way not here!! I have to admit my guard was up after speaking with several attorneys I wasn't feeling too confident I was going to find what I was looking for but I did. Right from the beginning I had dropped my guard and was able to open up to Ms. Douglas. I finally found an attorney who understands what people are going through instead of just looking to get my retainer fee. After hiring Ms. Douglas I have spoken to many people at her law firm who are all very caring to me as a client and on point with following up and that's important to me. She has also surrounded herself with some very talented attorneys on her staff. I found Ms. Douglas via Google but now I'm very glad to know her and her staff. I usually don't fill out surveys but I made an exception in this case because I feel she is a special kind of attorney. If you haven't given her a call you don't know what you're missing.

I hired David after I interviewed more than 5 attorneys. David was the most charismatic one and seemed to be very professional. At the end I spend 9000$ for a very simple case, but the case didn't move toward resolution at all, I had to fire David for not performing his job. David was very strong in talking when HE needed something, but he didn't do any work, moreover he didn't answer most of the questions I asked. I had to negotiate all the terms with my wife by myself, because David was absolutely useless during negotiation. Even after me and my wife come to an agreement, David and other attorney were unable to prepare settlement agreement, providing bunch of excuses instead of creating an agreement document. Please be aware that the only thing David wants from you is to get your payment, to do the job is not his priority. Don't waste your money. After I fired David, I had to teach him how to properly remove him from my online case.

I went for a consultation with Ms. Douglas and was very impressed with her organization and being prepared for our first consultation with knowing most of the basic facts. Before coming into the office she had me fill a questionnaire on line that gave her a good insight to the my case and she also did some background searches as well. This saved a lot of time wasting and I really liked her approach. She had game plan for how to deal with my case, unfortunately I was too far along to switch but would have if the timing was right.

I am so grateful and I appreciate Ms. Douglas for everything that she has done for me. Elegance Class Professionalism at its finest. She strives for the best. She is also very informative. She allows you to know everything that goes on during the period of time of the case. I am so delighted with her service and her staff Her staff are very professional and welcoming. As I was not familiar with the legal terminology used in documents such as these, Mrs. Douglas allowed and even encouraged me to ask questions and make comments related to the information provided. Mrs. Douglas was very prompt and thorough in her response to my concerns. Appointments were always kept and if reschedules were needed they were done so well in advance. I am extremely pleased with my choice of Mrs. Douglas and with the final documents that I possess.
