I decided to hire Mr. Bartlett for my DWI case after he was referred to me by multiple people as I searched for an attorney. I am so happy I did. He was always reachable and got back to me within minutes. First, we had a DMV refusal hearing with the DMV court which he was remarkably able to get dismissed !!!! This was huge for me because no matter the outcome of the DWI case my license would’ve been suspended for a year. Next after months of going back and forth and the prosecution not offering me a favorable deal we decided to go to trial. During the trial, Mr. Bartlett was outstanding and got the CASE DISMISSED !!! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and lawyer. I highly recommend Mr. Bartlett.

I attempted to hire Mayo to file a notice of claim against White Plains police department he advised me he's friends with the captain. Then he advised me that I need to file charges against the officer myself at no time did he advise me what to file. I followed his directions and filed the charges and turned them in to be looked at by the judge. A day or so later he called me and asked me if I filed an official misconduct charge. I told him no I wasn't aware I was supposed to. I explained to him that this now makes me look very unprepared and amateur at best. About a week or so after this I sent Mayo an email firing him for his bad advice or jack there of. He talked a big game and was more concerned at out initial meeting with getting me on his TV Show to promote my book rather then the case I was hiring him for. I wouldn't reccomend him.
