Stay away from this lawyer! My son retained him for his divorce/custody case, he could never get ahold of him, his secretary always said he was in court, it took days to get through. He did not fight for my sons best interest, he always told him to settle or do what the law guardian proposes.Well guess what! We retained a new attorney and he IS getting what he wants! He is also very degrading on the phone, I witnessed a conversation my son had with him on speaker, he spoke to my son like he was unimportant and didn't have time for him. You can find a lawyer out there that will charge you one retainer that will cover everything. Keith nickle and dimes you for every phone call, email and text as well as meetings with the courts and other attorneys.

Spent thousands of dollars with no results. He also gave me bad advice and owed 15000. I hired a different lawyer.

Took my money and was no help, Arrogant,

I contacted this attorney for a restraining order in relation to ongoing harassment increasing in severity causing me to fear for my life from tenant neighbors with dangerous dogs. Per the web, family law attorneys are skilled in civil protective orders, as the police had failed to move forward with a criminal order, despite 2 years of harassment. To say the least, he was negative and basically spent 5 minutes telling me all the things I can't do, based on family court, when there is also criminal court retraining orders. He suggested nonetheless a retainer of $1000.00 to write letters to my neighbors. Interesting. For anyone out there searching for an attorney, please be aware that just because one attorney can't or won't help, doesn't mean there isn't someone out there who can. Unfortunately, this pond is small.

I gave him a $2500 retainer for a divorce and spent $40,000 because he made it so I had to pay for the ex's lawyer. With no job and little income, he got me a settlement of $500/week and I hadn't had a job in 2 years...that is what I had to pay. Slick and personable till you sign the contract, then NEVER returns a phone call. Find someone else.

Mr. Schulefand did an excellent job with our issue of visitation with our grandson after the death of our son. I believe our visitation case may have had some unique aspects to it, but Mr. Schulefand actually listened to us and what we wanted and was able to secure a great outcome for us. I highly recommend Mr. Schulefand.

He represented me and took my money I did not get a. Divorce or a legal separation!! He did not inform me of me going to court and took all of my money!! Bad business now I. Have to go through the Bar Assoication to try and get some of my money back !!!

Contact Them Early So You Have A Chance. In my time of need they handled everything. I now live 1500 miles from Buffalo NY and they handled everything. Promptly returned calls and emails. Every single question I had was answered with compassion and I feel with my best interest in mind. I would give a 10 star review.
