The Voelkl law firm has assisted our family for over a decade regarding a variety of legal matters. We have enlisted his firm to prepare wills ,power of attorney documents including legal advice and assistance in a favorable small claims issue.I introduce Jeff Voelkl to my mother of 93 years to update her legal documents in preparation for her family and she was so impressed ( as I) with Jeffs sincerity,professionalism,listening skills and genuine concern for his clients. Our appointments felt more like family gatherings with the intent to secure legal advice , legal representation with the assurance in reducing life's stresses .We look forward ,in my mothers memory,to contact Jeff in preparation of trust funds for her great grandchildren.

I'm a first time home buyer. My realtor took advantage of my weakness, so I was so easily convinced to waive the home inspection, sign a contract, and pay the earnest money. She has also successfully convinced my attorney to stand with her over my interest. Since I realized the mistake of blindly trusting a manipulative realtor, I consulted Jeff. I made contact with Jeffrey Voekl law office for my estate planning. E-mailing his office to make first contact and he e-mailed back within 24 hours and a appointment was made for 2 weeks later. Jeffrey was professional and personable. He was knowledgeable on estate planning and with his guidance my will was written and signed 2 weeks later. His law office does multiple types of law, so if I need him in the future I’ll give him a call. The office personnel were personable and attentive to me as a client. The house he has for his law office is beautiful if you recognize the old homes.

We didn't know where to start estate planning, I searched Google, read Mr. Voelkl's reviews and I knew we had to at least have a consult with him.
