I met with several attorneys before I found I found Randy. As a male, I felt as though a lot of other lawyers judged and stereotyped me as a typical dead beat dad because I had fallen behind on my child support. However, Randy did not treat me with any preconceived judgements and listened to the details of the case. Randy took the time to talk to not only myself but my family as well. This took an enormous amount of stress off of my family as we had never been through anything like this. He was very available to talk or text, even to answer small questions to put my mind at ease. Every time I went to court I always felt confident knowing that Randy would take care of business. This enabled me to focus on my daughter instead of stressing out over court like I had been. My focus was primarily custody (although he did get my child support back to a fair amount) as my daughter’s mother had full custody due to a default judgement. Randy was able to win in court resulting in me gaining joint custody and a great visitation schedule. When talking to Randy, it is clear that he is a family man that really does care about making things right with your family. He is very confident and professional in court but also aggressive when appropriate. Retaining Randy was truly a turning point in my life’s d that is no exaggeration. Randy came recommended from a friend who was happy with the results they got. I was glad I retained his law firm.Randy and his associates were very friendly and out going, they listened to me and told me what could and could not happen. I had been trying for years to get custody of my son and get him out of the situation he was in. How important is your case to you? Exactly...you have to retain Randy Margulis. When you meet him, you'll know. I have encountered lawyers (in the past) that would push my rights/needs to the side. This time around I did more research when choosing a lawyer. I am glad I did! Randy Margulis is THE only lawyer that I will ever TRUST to handle any of my cases. You will have the best representation! Randy will fight very hard for you and your child, or any other matter. I was extremely tired of dealing with crabby Judges and their annoying eye rolling, being walked on by finger pointing opposing counsel, and feeling 2 inches big without a voice. It is the worst feeling to feel defeated before the race starts. Randy was MY VOICE for my child, my strength, my power, and my advisor. My young child is unable to stick up for himself and he surely couldn't tell his parents/Judge what was best for him. I have learned a lot from this long god awful experience. Get the lawyer who will fight for your child's best interest. I could write a book pertaining to my incredible experience with Randy Margulis!! In my case, I was awarded sole custody! Randy is such a very well organized attorney who handles erratic situations in a calming matter. Things will occur that are out of your control and are entirely infuriating, and Randy will calmly bring your anxiety level down. Take note: All lawyers are busy. That is the nature of the job. In most instances, you will need to embark on something unique...patience. They do not forget about you so calm down. ~Only good things happen to those who wait. ~

I retained Randy for my divorce/child custody court case. All I can say is that the results of my case turned out better than I had ever imagined they would. He was always assertive, aggressive when he needed to be, and I always felt like he had my back. He was very dedicated to all my needs and never left any question or concern unanswered. He is extremely knowledgeable in the Domestic Relations Laws and I always felt confident with his advice. The opposing counsel was very difficult and Randy stuck with me until the end. in my divorce randy was always there Ready to battle and successful in numerous frivolous motions I faced !! His vast experience is evident in the courtroom...... over prepared in most cases and ready to go forward with any hearing that the other side may of used as tactic or bluff ! Randy did a great job for me in my divorce. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions immediately and put me at ease about the process. He was professional and dependable, and I also enjoyed working with his staff.

I had to go to court to get my daughter for sole custody and I retained Randy for me. Between him and his assistant, they were amazing. They did everything I asked and they continually provided me with with updates about the case. I had to go to court once! I dealt with this a few years ago and I was in court for almost a year, so to have this taken care of in such a short amount of time was amazing! I highly recommend Randy!
