My parents used this office to close on the sale of their house. The paralegal in charge of sending over their funds refused to work on the Friday prior to July 4th (which was Monday) because she stated it was a holiday weekend. This delayed the transfer of their money. The following week, despite my parents requesting a money transfer and providing a transfer number, she insisted that she would only do a direct deposit and assured their money would be available immediately. She used a check and stated she had been doing this for years and knew what she was doing. The funds were then further delayed because the bank required 10 days to clear the check (normal, but which is why wiring was requested). Apparently the lawyers daughter is this paralegal. Would not recommend.
