Reading through these reviews, I am curious as to why my experience was so different. In 2015, I was arrested for a dui, with a separate accusation attached, which could’ve been disproven by obtaining certain camera footage. The first thing I did that next morning was go to this law firm, explain the situation, and stress the importance of the camera footage; and of course, I was told obtaining it would not be a problem. After going to court every single month for it to be pushed back another month, I was eventually told those tapes are deleted after a certain amount of hours. This implies the lawyer did nothing about getting those tapes and just went through the motions. Now, that last statement was not meant with any slanderous intent, but seriously, it was like nothing was done until the last payment was made. Let’s fast forward to the present day. Certain things have been extremely difficult recently and I did not understand why. It turns out that DUI that was eventually plead down to something minor is STILL one my record as the DUI. Once again, it is as if nothing was ever done. What did I pay my hard earned money for? I understand things happen, so I just want this corrected so I can move on, but do you think I can reach them? No, I cannot. What disappoints me the most is that every single day I call, it is like I never called to begin with. I was told a text message is sent to them when I call l, which implies they simple ignore it. They have shown me they only care about their payments, and do not care at all about the person(well me at least. These reviews have to hold some hyperbole or falsities). I have other complaints I could share, but this isn’t being written to complain. People have to be aware of who they are dealing with when it comes to something this important. Important things have been difficult to impossible because of the neglect of attorneys I hired due to marshmallow reviews making it seem as if everything was perfect. I could not imagine a worse experience, and still trying to clean up this mess years later only to once again be treated as a peon to their law firm. I am a hard working father and would simple like to receive the services I pay for. Shop around before you immediately choose them!! You do not want to go through this! A lot of people do not take the time to write reviews. Hell, it is 10/4/18 and this happened to me in 2015. The ONLY reason I am voicing this is because they are unresponsive so I am married to trying to reach them on a daily basis, which is sad.

Really good people. Helped my dad. We live out of town and they handled our traffic ticket issue in 15 minutes, while we had been pulling our hair out for weeks trying to deal with the beaurocracy. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Rick!!!!!

Tom and his team of attorney's were very thorough and informative, consistently in contact with me about everything I needed to know! They are all very personable and down to earth and talk to you like an equal human being. Their knowledge and expertise got me the best plea I could have hoped for with no jail time as it was my 3rd dwi offense within 25 years. I would choose their team over another any day of the week!!

Thomas is a great man I came to him with a situation and he appointed me to the right attorney that could handle my situation and was willing to meet with me with the other attorney that set up appointment the next day that I had talked to him. Very quick results. Thomas is a man that cares about the people the very first time I met him I felt comfortable explaining him my situation. He also handled a case with my fiance which the results was very agreeable with him representing him. I'll definitely give him 5 stars

I hired the Trbovich Law Firm in February of 2013 to represent me in a DWI charge. I had drank the night before, stayed at a friends house overnight, and had left the next morning to get breakfast for everyone. I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker, and after seeing an unopened twelve pack in my vehicle they asked if I had been drinking. To make a long story short, I told them I had the night before, I felt perfectly sober, and I performed just fine on the roadside sobriety tests. I ended up blowing in the breathalyzer and registering a 1.2% BAC, very surprisingly, as was charged with DWI. I was represented by both Tom Trbovich and Mike Seibert and after taking the case to trial, the Trbovich team got the DWI reduced to a DWAI. This was a huge and just victory, as far as I am concerned, and I would recommend this firm to anyone facing DWI charges. As always, be smart and never drink and drive, even early the next day after drinking the night before. That said, if you do find yourself facing DWI charges, I would highly recommend these guys. Their representation was worth every penny!
