My parents dropped off records from an accident and they never got a call back. We had to keep calling as it was a smaller case and when I asked for a copy of our records to elsewhere i was told they do not keep any of the paperwork if they do not take the case. SERIOUSLY, who conducts business that way and does not tell the people that when they bring in their paperwork? Don't believe the commercials they were extremely hard to deal with . It was like operator and my dad was passed around and I had to keep calling. Very disappointed in the service at William Mattar.

My brother was facing deportation after catching a criminal conviction and was detained.
