She doesn't sugarcoat anything and she doesn't make promises she can't keep. You know what you need to do and She if you have questions she gets back to you quickly. When kids are involved things are harder and more complicated and Gina helps you work through it.
I hired Gina for my divorce in June 2017 because of other reviewers who said she knew what she talking about.

Gina was amazing anytime I had a question or concern she emailed or called me back as soon as she was avaliable. She worked with me on a six month custody/visitation case, by the time it was over I walked away with everything I wanted. If you need an attorney hire her, you won’t regret it!!

Gina was amazing, from the first consultation to hiring her a few weeks later. My case lasted several months and she was always available via phone and email whenever I had a concern or question. She always responded in a timely manner. Gina worked diligently on my case from start to finish. Without her I wouldn't have gotten the outcome I wanted. If I ever need a lawyer again, Gina will be my first call!!!!

I cannot say enough good about Ms. DePrima as my attorney. She listened to what I wanted, she was compassionate in her defense of my case, and never backed down no matter how long it took. Gina DePrima was my lawyer for custodial and visitation matters. What I especially liked about Gina, is she would give me time to be scared and upset because of goings on and then she'd let me know what the plan going forward would be such as addressing it in court, a letter to the other party to address matters, etc. I was not left in the dark. Gina is swift with responses to emails and phone calls and is specific with what she expects from YOU.
As awkward as a courtroom setting is for me, it was a JOY to see Gina in action.

I have hired Gina twice now for Modification of visitation and a custody case. I would never hire anyone else. Gina is a fantastic lawyer. I honestly could go on forever about how great she is. She is very smart, knows the law, how the system works, and will not waste your time or money.
Gina was there for and gave me the best advice. I can not thank her enough for helping me in two of the most stressful times in my life.

I used Gina for my divorce attorney. She definitely got the job done, unlike the first one I was using. Although a little pricey, you get what you pay for. I'm glad I decided to go with her and commend her for everything she helped me with. She worked in a timely manner and was able to take on my case no problem as it was a little crazy. She's easy to talk to and responds to you pretty promptly. I would recommend her to anyone.

Gina is an extremely competent professional. Equally important is her down-to-earth personality. She is pragmatic in her advice/feedback and yet cognizant of the emotional state of her clients. These qualities became apparent to me at the first meeting. She is responsive to your questions and keeps you in the loop. Overall, Gina is a personable, courteous and professional lawyer.
