I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. I can keep this short and sweet. Bottom line is the communication of this firm is absolutely horrendous. When contacting their office to follow up on loose ends, I'm advised to email the attorney and "hopefully he will respond back to you". I've now sent multiple emails, made numerous calls and even sent a certified letter. It's been almost 2 weeks and no return phone call or follow up. Absurd and absolutely unacceptable!
