Great attorney! Very patient and give insightful advices.

I highly recommend Peter. He responded in a timely manner regarding questions I had about my finances. He provided a 30 minute, no charge consultation for me. He made recommendations about moving forward without actually filing for bankruptcy. I found Peter to be extremely helpful, and knowledgeable regarding bankruptcy laws and how consumers are protected in New York State.

What bankruptcy attorney doesn't include a broken tenancy lease in a chapter 7 bankruptcy? Unless I'm "mistaken." Perhaps all the money I paid them, (why is there a RED FLAG on the bankruptcy court documents. INDICATING THAT I QUALIFIED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AS A POOR PERSON,) should be returned? ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING I COULD'VE RECEIVED A PRO BONO COURT APPOINTED LAWYER, AS I AM AND WAS A SERVICE CONNECTED DISABLED VETERAN DISPLACED FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA 2004 HURRICANE SEASON...ALONG WITH BEING INDIGENT! HOW DOES THAT APPEAR? I WONDER, DOES THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE POLICE AND THEIR INSPECTORS' NOTICE WHEN MR. GRUBEA TRIES TO SOLICIT POTENTIAL CLIENTS VIA USPS? WITHOUT INDICATING ON THE ARTICLE OF MAIL THAT'S AN..."ADVERTISEMENT?" I SUPPOSE WHEN THE LETTERS IFP AND THE WORDS RED FLAGS ON THE TOP OF THE DOCUMENT YOUR PRACTICE'S LAWYERS FILED ARE CLEARLY EVIDENT... WHO'S LYING TO WHO?

Peter may be great but the back end operations are not! They are super responsive during the sales phase but after you submit your payment…crickets! I’ve emailed and spoken to the office staff many times requesting an update only to be told…”I asked for any update and haven’t received one”.. .”he’s not responding to be either “…”he’s out of town working” After 3 months of inactivity I’ve requested a refund of my fees. Too bad I can’t receive a refund of my time wasted!

People that come to a bankruptcy lawyer are already very stressful ! Peter is the right lawyer to make you even more stressful ! No email, No call back and yes from past reviews here you know he doesn't take replaceability for his mistake and blame the customer ( check the other review with 1 star ). Peter is the perfect lawyer to increase your stress ! Oh and yes, i don't have any reviews......:)

Spoke to the man a total of e times. Decided not to use him because he's basically behaves like a door to door salesman. Asked for a refund of money paid. I understood he would keep $250 of it. Thats fine. Asked in end of January for refund. Feb 29th still no refund initiated. Spoke to him finally after getting an appointment 2 weeks away. Next day recieved text saying check was sent in mail. 5 days later still nothing. Office makes excuses. Like i don't control the mail. He kept $350 not 250. No explanation. How do you sue a lawyer? Smh. Maybe Monday. Don't be scammed! He is a door to door encyclopedia salesman.

If I could post less than a star I would. Stay away from with all haste, cheap prices doesn't get good or even decent service. His staff attorney Joe DeMarco is inept at best. He seldom returns a call, and rates about a 1 out of 10 for over all communication. After two years, when we needed him to do something we really needed done he failed to do it nor did he even communicate with us as we had to find out from a lender during a house closing. I believe he possibly to advantage of us as my husband and I are disabled and Grubea was the cheapest out there...we got what we paid for...!!!

Grubea's employee Joe DeMarco is based on our experience with him incompetent, and inept at best. Seldom communicated with us, never returned emails when badly needed and when we needed something, really, really needed something he failed to file the proper paperwork which would allow us to close on a house...Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had two appointments for a phone consultation with Peter and both times he was a no call. I even called a couple of hours before my second appointment to make sure that he would be calling me and the receptionist said definitely. Very un professiona. I will be contacting a different attorney.
