Vincent and his team did a great job with my trademark application. They were super friendly, listened to my concerns and kept the process moving. When I discovered other sole proprietors using my company name online, they found their physical addresses and sent cease and desist orders, then persisted in following up until the agreements were signed. Last week I received my first approved patent. This was my first time as a Patentee and the process to me was new and somewhat overwhelming. Nothing against lawyers but being in business for over 30 years with international sales of expensive equipment I have more than average guy's experience with lawyer dealings. Most of them, even though are looking out for your interest, they are looking out for their interest more. This is simply not the case with Vince Lo Tempio and Theresa.
