Brian's experience and knowledge are very impressive, and he was able to help me navigate some tricky situations involving rule changes during the pendency of my application, international travel considerations, communication with USCIS, and more. Brian's office is clearly adept at handling the "expected" difficulties of an AOS application (e.g., mountains of paperwork, ambiguous forms, requests for large amounts of information, etc.), but I think he really knocked it out of the park when it came to the "unexpected" difficulties (e.g., unannounced changes to documentation issued by USCIS, COVID-related scheduling issues and backlogs, etc.). I felt I was able to trust Brian and rely on his expertise, which made the process 1000x less stressful that it might otherwise have been.
