I got charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 7th in Suffolk county. Joe knew this judge was pretty uptight about drug charges. I entered a program, provided clean tox’s and returned to court. Judge was happy and was willing to drop charge to a violation. Joe wouldn’t settle, as this charge would remain on my record. So he took it further and got the DA and Judge Coopertino to agree to an ACOD in 6months good behavior. Thank God bc this is not a good look for my career. Joe not only cares about getting your charges reduced, he also very much cares about your state of mind and issues u may have. Love him !
