GREAT LABOR LAW FIRM!!!

I first retained Allan to administer my mother's estate. His attention to detail was impressive; he resolved issues we didn't even know we had. His kindness throughout the process made a difficult time easier. I then had Allan write my will and health-care proxy. i subsequently asked Allan to represent me in two real estate deals, both co-op sales. The first was of my late brother's co-op, which went smoothly. The second was with a difficult buyer and an even more difficult co-op board. Allan was tenacious throughout, coming up with solutions to every single roadblock. I would have walked away from the sale many times over, but Allan was persistent and the sale eventually closed without a hitch. I have since recommended Allan to others, for estate planning, probate and real estate, and will continue to do so.

I've worked on Allan Goldstein on several occasions and he has always blown me away with his attention to detail. On the closing of my house he saves us thousands by adding a last minute clause to ensure there could be no 'standing water' and upon walk through it was raining out and we noticed the water. Because of Allan the financial burden of the leak was assumed by the previous owner. We have used him for several legal needs since then.

Used Asaf for my first home purchase which was great and also again for my second and still satisfied Liz guided me through the process and helped me through and through

No never use him again rushes you and has a dont care attitude for a regular house..unless your a executive that lives in brookville their all about the $$$$$$

I am a lawyer myself, and Allan is an exceptional attorney. He was my attorney for two separate real estate sales, including a challenging commercial real estate transaction. He typically answered his own phone when I called him. He was very fast and responsive. He offered excellent and sage legal advice during the process. I would highly recommend him for real estate transactions.

Asaf is one of the most knowledgeable real estate attorneys I know. Whenever I recommend him to my clients, they are always more than satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of real estate representation.

You cannot believe how ineffective and inefficient this attorney is. But what's worse is his paralegal, Marcy. She was rude and nasty in emails to me. She is demanding and condescending. And I am paying Them to help me close my house. My useless real estate agent referred us to them and all I can say is she is just as incompetent as they are. Do not use this law office. Try to find someone who is on your side and not rude, incompetent, and thoughtless. You have to spend money on an attorney to buy or sell a house. So spend your hard earned money who is, at minimum, competent and polite. This law firm is neither.
