As soon as you walked in, you are greeted with a glass partition and a metal slit to talk through. Reminds me of a bank in the south Bronx. Very impersonal and cold. Gives the impression that the staff are afraid of the public they serve.

Dedicated to justice, he's pulled off several miraculous decisions for those I've recommended to him - two received SSDI on the FIRST ROUND! For another, he stepped in after three former lawyers bowed out, and won ~11 years back benefits for my deserving referee! I don't know another lawyer with a more professionally successful track record in this area.
