I started my own solo law practice in February, 2010 in NYC - specializing in personal injury trial litigation - and the very first time I needed per diem coverage (for a standard Compliance Conference), I just happened to use PDS, Inc. - the service provided was TOP NOTCH; everything from the initial phone conversation to the appearance report that was promptly provided to me after the CC. I then literally used PDS for all my per diem needs going forward - standard conference appearances, motions and occasionally EBTs. I could give a list of ‘cookie cutter’ compliments regarding the stellar quality of PDS’s services - but suffice to say that I unequivocally and highly recommend PDS for ALL of your per diem needs. And for me, what really sets PDS apart from its competitors in the field is Samson’s unwavering dedication to customer service - he’s a grafter; he’s personable and he NEVER fails to make himself available to personally tend to his clients’ needs - in my humble opinion, that’s a rare and invaluable facet to a per diem service company...especially in NYC!

PDS bailed me out of a potential disaster, where I had a last minute appearance scheduled, two hours after I found out about it. They have a full range of services, and they are very responsive. The President of PDS will call you personally, should an emergency situation arise. PDS does more than just appear in court to get matters adjourned. They handle conferences and motions. I can honestly say that Per Diem Services, Inc., is the best Per Diem Service our offices has used to date. I have been with my Law Offices for 20 years and thought I seen it all, but Samson at Per Diem Services, Inc., went way out and beyond what I have expected a Per Diem Service could do. Samson has put together a very solid team of experienced attorneys that can be relied upon to cover your appearances - even on extremely late notice. The judges and clerks know his attorneys, which is certainly not a bad thing either.

Although I put in my order the Friday before the appearance the per diem was not aware of the assignment until the last minute and was thus unprepared and stated as such to the court. Per diem logged in late causing the court to call and email me multiple times. Although the matter concluded both the court and the client were left with a poor impression of my office. I was told “human error” caused this debacle but nevertheless my experience is worthy of publication.

In all the years I've known Samson, it still never ceases to amaze me how how much effort, time, and energy he puts into his clients. I continue to be wowed by this. He's also an expert in the law and a maestro in the courtroom.
