I hired him because he was going to charge me $750 instead of the $1200 that is usually charged for a Coos closing. I thought I was getting a deal; not so much. He never did ANYTHING. He lost my buyer, the closing never happened and he didn't even get the deposit from the buyer. He had the nerve to bill me $750. He claims the $750 is for the partial work he did because the full cost was 1300. He went back on the original deal and would up suing me for the $750 because he knew I could not make it to court since I'm out of state. Do yourself a favor and HIRE A REAL LAWYER, you only wind up loving time and money with this man.
