He is very unresponsive to returning phone calls. He has never communicated to provide an update on his own behalf. You feel like a bother when calling and speaking to the secretary. I found it difficult to set up a meeting with him or nearly impossible. I'm really considering to change lawyer am just trying to be patient and see if anything changes.
