The Law Offices of Joseph A. Marra went above and beyond in helping me with my personal injury case. I had approached them after a slip and fall that resulted in a broken bone. From the onset they made me feel welcome, important, and mainly like I was in good hands. At the initial consultation I was told what to expect in terms time horizon, court action, and settlement. Every step of the way I was kept me up to date with how our case was progressing. Every member of the staff was aware of the case details, so if I called for an update, I was not passed around or told to call back. Emails were responded to very quickly, always same day, usually within 30-45 minutes. Upon settlement of the case, I realized that they were 100% spot on from the initial consultation predictions. From time horizon to settlement amount. While I truly hope nobody goes through the pain of an injury, if this happens, going anyplace but to Joe Marra would be a huge mistake. Ernie
