The legal services that I received from James G. Dibbini & Associates far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Djonovic and Kunal Yadav. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about them is that nothing was "sugar coated". They were very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. This was a eviction/back rent case. From the initial consultation with Jim through the final settlement with Matthew & Alex everyone was professional and courteous. Despite my tenants reluctance over several weeks they vacated and paid the back rent in full, couldn't ask for better result.

I've used Jim and his associates for various real estate items many times over the last 5 years and have always been happy with the kind demeanor, knowledge and diligence they approach every project with. I place a very large emphasis on kindness in professional relationships, it's served me well in software and product development so it's great to support local businesses that also embody those values. I've recently embarked on a far bigger project with more complexity and risk. I can say now that if Jim and his firm shine with the smaller things, their professionalism is only amplified the more difficult the task is. I felt at ease despite hearing hard truths and was able to approach a very personal project with proper expectations. I felt his representation of my project at the Yonkers zoning board reflected exactly how I carry myself professionally. I knew if we didn't get approval (we did) it wasn't going to be because of Jim or his firm but on the merits of the project, which he aptly highlighted. Michelle Djonovic!!!! She is so SMART & AMAZING! She possesses all the traits I would want in attorney. I am grateful to have had her represent me on my case. My case was not an easy one. Very challenging and tricky to say the least. But Michelle was very aggressive and created a motion that was thorough and detailed. She took the time to research case after case to present to the court factual case laws. I appreciate the fact that she made herself available to me 24/7. Allowing me to call and text her as needed. James Dibbini, his associates and staff set the bar in legal services. I recently retained JGD to represent me for two real estate closings simultaneously. Thorough, efficient, meticulous, well-organized are some of the many words I can use to describe James Dibbini. Both closings where time sensitive and they got done regardless of the fact that we had less then 60 days to close and end of year holidays to contend with.
